Face, underarms, bikini, legs, arms and back, for women and men. Small areas take about 15 minutes. Most people need 6 to 8 sessions, a few weeks apart.
Darker skin
We use the Alma Soprano Platinum, cleared for skin types I to VI. Settings are chosen for your skin, with a test spot first.

What is the difference between Moxi and BBL?
Moxi and BBL are both made by Sciton, but they do different jobs. BBL is a broadband light that targets brown spots, sun damage and redness. Moxi is a gentle fractional laser that improves overall tone and texture. Many people pair them: BBL clears color, and Moxi smooths and refreshes the surface.
- BBL: best for sun spots, freckles that got darker and redness.
- Moxi: best for rough texture, dull tone and early sun damage.
- Both usually have little downtime. Expect a day or two of redness or a sandpaper feel.
- Fall and winter are a popular time to start, with less sun exposure.
- A consult decides which one, or both, fits your skin.
Is fall the best time to get a BBL photofacial?
Yes. Fall and winter are a great time for BBL photofacial. Summer sun leaves brown spots and redness, and BBL treats both. With shorter days and less time outdoors, it is easier to protect your skin between sessions. Starting in fall also gives you time to finish a series before next summer.
